COVID-19 UPDATE

Hello! Because health officials are urging people to practice social distancing and avoid small groups of people, our office is currently operating by APPOINTMENT ONLY.

Note: Our office will still operate under the same hours, but all residents, future residents, and vendors must schedule and have a confirmed appointment to meet with our on-site team. We welcome you to contact us via telephone or email, which are provided on our website.

To accommodate you during this time, we will be offering options for virtual and video tours. To schedule your tour, contact the community that interests you. We also welcome you to view our 3D floor plans, photo galleries, applications, and leasing processes, which are all available online. We want to provide you with all the resources that you need, and we want you to call this place your home.

Our community continues to closely monitor the potential and increasing impacts of COVID-19 (Coronavirus). Our leadership is committed to supporting our team members, residents, vendors, and guests.

We have also implemented policies recommended by trust public health and/or government authorities, which are intended to help stop the spread of the virus. A few examples include resident activities and gatherings being cancelled and amenities being temporarily closed until further notice.

Residents are highly encouraged to submit maintenance requests online or over the phone to avoid in-person contact. Because of the uncertain times and high influx of service requests, you might experience a slight delay in the non-emergency service requests. We appreciate your patience as we screen all service requests to confirm that no one in the apartment is sick before entering. We are taking extra precautions to limit closures and inconveniences that impact our teams and residents.
